- Born and raised in the Boogie Down Bronx N.Y. since August 1982. I was brought up on University Avenue and then later in the Bronx River Projects. I was always aware of the music around me and i remember i used to record the radio songs with my tapes when i was about 11 years old. My first official purchased tapes were Run DMC and Kriss Kross. From there my love of Hip Hop and Rap started. As I got older I would buy a bunch of Cds and make my own mixes on tapes. Many times my friends would throw parties and ask me to DJ but, since i didnt have the funds for turntables or records, I would Dj with one Cd filled with songs and just...(Press Play). Now in 2006 i finally bought my turn tables, thanks to the influence of my buddy Re:son. I now Dj for Jesus Christ, who made it possible for me to spread the Good News with my turntables. You can check me and Re:son going around the tri-state area and keep updated on our shows

He won’t give any specifics on a release date, title or features, but is simply saying “it will include all of my friends.”

aTone's EP Hits streets July 15. aTone (formely known as re:son) is preparing to release Visible Sprightliness EP on July 15. Visible Sprightliness is the first of a three series EP with 7 tracks each.
